The impressive rise of NFTs over the last several years has garnered much attention, and revenue, from crypto degens, mainstream artists, and global organizations alike. The first quarter of 2021 alone saw the NFT market surge a staggering 2100%, which equated to over $2bil in sales. And with the crypto market’s recent bullish turnaround, the horizon appears greener than ever before for these unique digital assets.

Traders will be asked to come up with suggestions for new playing cards and storylines for our team to implement into our Metaverse. We want to make our quests as inclusive as possible to allow for individuals with various talents to participate. Therefore, quests may require submissions in the form of art, stickers, and/or also writing, to accommodate for all skill sets.

Once all entries have been collected, they will be placed in the Quest Room to be analyzed and voted on by fellow community members and the Cryptomeda team. The person who receives the most votes will see their submission integrated into our fantasy world, and receive a custom NFT based on the quest they competed in.

Despite its growth, the NFT market has yet to overcome certain barriers that push us all further away from our shared vision of NFT mass adoption. Very few platforms are user-friendly to novice traders, and when scanning their ecosystems, it becomes clear that virtually all members are well-versed in NFTs and are there to simply make a transaction and leave.

Aside from bragging rights and widespread recognition within the community, winners of our quests are rewarded with a unique digital asset that can be traded or sold on the open market. Users can also earn Cryptomeda’s NFT trading cards by staking $TECH tokens for a period of one week. Each token staked represents one chance to win in our card draws, and this applies to standard and liquidity stakers. Please note that a minimum of 1000 $TECH is needed to participate in the draw.
